A&m sorority rankings

Gphi has been doing a lot better in the more recent years. Their retention rate has gone way up so they didn’t have to do spring recruitment this semester (almost half of all sororities had to spring COB). Most of the girls are really funny and sweet, except for a few one offs, but I feel like there are girls like that in every sorority.

As someone who doesn't know jack about Greek stuff, can someone explain how sororities are so different from campus to campus? ADPi is the first example that comes to mind.
