Someone from Hamskea even commented on a post a while back saying not to use it has the newer Mathews have to move limb oscillation and it is causing contact issues. The weight difference is substantial though, you will definitely notice that. That’s the biggest upgrade about that Lift that’s tremendously different then the Phase4 and V3X.

They are almost the same bow IMO. The VTM 34 has a true center shot at around 3/4”, in other words the arrow is coming straight out of the bow at that distance. The V Pro 33 was closer to 5/8”. So I much prefer the VTM from that aspect. The VTM also has the hole in the riser for the drop away rest which is nice.I picked up my new Mathews Phase 4 29" on Monday. I went into my local shop and shot the Phase 4 29/33 and the VTM 31. The draw cycle seemed a touch better on the VTM but the back wall and hold felt incredible on the Phase 4's. I bumped up from 60# to 70# so I didn't hold the draw cycle of the Mathews against it.

It would be cheaper to add limb dampeners between the limbs or buy an adjustable stab, like the crossover stabs on my V3X. If you don’t have a Phase 4, it is one of the top 2 bows Ive shot this year. Draw cycle is butter smooth (to me it’s better than the Mathews not gonna lie), it’s a hair longer ATA and a hair shorter brace. I like the fact the Hoyt has a rotating mod for draw length and only a 3 piece string system. The reason I ask is that the Mathews have been coming in pretty heavy vs what mod they have on. 3 - 4 lbs over isn't uncommon.
