Well I don’t think you necessarily have to drop 3500 for a bombora build. The frameset was 850 when I bought mine in 2018. But I know how these things go. ;) My thoughts are 1. there aren’t a whole lot of bike frames out there with the combo of tire clearance, Q factor, thru axles, and geometry that the Bombora offers.So..I ended up buying and building up a Crust Bombora.
