I fixed it buying the T-con Board for that vizio tv model and a piece of paper or tape to cut some connection on the ribbon cable from the t-con board to the display panel. Look on youtube for "fixing tv with scotch tape" and fixing tcon board. The steps are super easy and is super cheap. Like $10 or $20 bucks
