Starfield invisible ship bug

Heres how I fixed it: Escape the city you are in, and wander around until you find a ship (can take hours but I found one) fight all people inside then fly the ship, it will become your home ship and you can travel back to New Atlantis/Cydonia/Neon. Then go to the ship service technician and change your Home ship to your old ship.

Okay, found a fix that works. Anyone having this issue, here is what you do. Go to console command by pressing ~ key. Click on the ship door while in console command. It should show something like door followed by its id.
