When accelerating, no matter how much, a vibration is felt in the middle of the car. When lifting the foot off the gas, the vibration stops, even at very high speed (ruling out any tire or wheel balancing related issue). The vibration can be felt in the front seats, in the door and very slightly in the steering wheel.
